Last Sunday did not escape from my camera either, especially not after watching the dawn break while I ate a pre-choir rehearsal breakfast. Finding myself with a bit of extra time, I grabbed my camera and headed to church a bit early.
Dawn breaking outside my apartment:
The church is widely admired for its architecture by Louis Kahn, as well as its relatively large yard and lovingly-tended gardens in the summer. A foot of snow on a sunny morning doesn’t hurt its appearance as you can see.
Tromping through a field full of a foot of snow before singing on stage was not the best idea, since that much snow is taller than my boots…
