Dawn Breaking

I regularly get the most incredible sights here from my 3rd floor balcony overlooking the tops of the other apartment buildings and the receding mountains, so many days the first thing I do on getting out of bed is open my curtains and then rush to grab my camera and stand on the chilly balcony in my pajamas taking a few photos. Since I love when I can be like a cat perched on a windowsill watching the world, the “box seating” for nature’s show is perfect. Let me share some photos from the performance with you…

Wow! Can I come live with you? It must be wonderful to wake up to that so many mornings.

You might scare away all the noisy little birdies…

Very nice view and nice pictures. I am glad that the kitty is able to sit on her windowsill and watch the sunrise.

Just a few days ago, I saw a tabby cat perched in the window of one of the 3rd floor apartment across the parking lot from me… Must have been a pretty nice kitty view!

I agree with your mom, WOW! So beautiful. I think the last one is my favorite. I really like the glow of the little lamp :)

I’m not jealous at all.. at all…

Sometime I’ll have to share MY incredible view from the patio: our neighbor’s ripped screen door propped up against the window. :D Oh well, one of the previous tenants had a queen size mattress propped up against the house for months, so it’s an improvement from that!

I could send you big copies of some of these photos and you could tape them over your windows if you want…
